The Angels Network is a diverse, caring group of women who give what they can, when they can – to those in need – making a direct impact on the community and having fun while doing it. Their support is focused on programs that provide safe, supportive and supervised living arrangements for homeless women and children; helping them build self-reliant futures to move forward in their lives and careers. For more information, visit www.theangelsnetwork.org. (there was an “l” left out of the address)
Through individual donations and corporate sponsorships made to The Angels Network at the October 19, 2009 reception hosted by TD Bank in Tysons Corner, The Dwelling Place received a monetary grant of $10,000.
The Angels Network has “adopted our organization” into their three-year fundraising program. So look for event information for our third reception being held in the fall of 2010 as we continue to benefit from this dedicated group of women.
