Sebiila worked as Housing Support Specialist at Montgomery County
Coalition for the Homeless for 2.5 years prior to coming to The
Dwelling Place. She has 13 years experience working as a case manager for the Henry Street Settlement in New York.

Jill K. Hurd, Case Manager
Jill received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Edinboro University of PA in 1984. She also works part-time for Stepping Stones Shelter (since 1996) as a Housing Counselor and Case Manager and for the City of Gaithersburg as a Housing Counselor.
